SMM X PRO V20 Admin + Live Support + Emoji/Service Pool Update

1. Removed Bot Elements and Custom Emojis from the Admin sidebar. Direct visits redirect to Dashboard.
2. Disabled legacy automatic Custom Emoji/Bot Element injection so old duplicate emojis cannot reappear.
3. Current bot buttons use explicit Telegram custom emoji IDs directly.
4. Service Name and Category support: Text (1234567890123456789) Text (9876543210987654321).
   Parenthesized numeric IDs render as Telegram custom emoji in bot text. The first ID is also used as the button icon when applicable.
5. Provider Service ID Pool is strictly serial: first ID is used until it has 5 active/non-terminal orders; then second, third, fourth, etc.
   A provider ID with 5 or more active orders is skipped. Terminal statuses completed/cancelled/failed/partial are not counted.
6. Live Support UI redesigned with attachment button and image preview.
7. Admin can send JPG/PNG/WEBP pictures up to 10MB with optional caption.
8. User-sent support pictures are downloaded and displayed inside Live Support when Telegram provides the file.
9. Support media metadata columns are auto-created by ensure_support_schema().
10. Existing users, balances, orders, services, providers and database are preserved.
